Once your order is fulfilled you'll receive shipping confirmation email with your tracking link and information. You can also track your package from our website's tracking page with your order number or tracking code.

We'll do our best to avoid and reduce any customs duties or tax charges on international orders. However, on such rare occasions, our customers are liable for any local sales taxes or customs duties charged on your item(s).

We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows as successfully delivered and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order, We are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
